During the class of math 2 semester 1 the learning objectives were to learn some basics of math this is valuable to my future because many job incorporate math skills. In math
Math 2 required me to learn about many math elements like; simplifying expressions, equations in one variable, inequalities in one variable, literal equations, function operations, function inverses, addition and subtractions of polynomials, laws of exponents, multiplication of polynomials, division of polynomials, complex numbers, solving quadratic equations by factoring, solving quadratic equations/square root property, completing the square, introduction to the quadratic formula, the quadratic formula, modeling with quadratic equations, solving linear quadratic systems, linear pairs and vertical angles, complementary and supplementary angles, parallel and perpendicular lines, lines cut by a transversal, triangle angle theorem, triangles and their side lengths, isosceles triangle, centroid and orthocenter, dilations, similar figures, and triangle similarity. The Process I went through to do get a passing grade in math 2 was watch the warm up, take notes on the instructions, watch the summary, do the assignment that comes before the quiz. The assignments prepare us for the 10 question quiz at the end of each lesson. After we're done with all the lessons in the unit we take a 25 question unit test. At the end of the semester we take a 50 question commutative test which is kind of like our final. Throughout this process listed above I have realized I have learned or grown in taking better notes to help me with quizzes and tests. These link back to the course goals and project goals with the following evidence because it shows how much i've learned in math 2 this semester.
